Fletch and Hindy have tried their hand at the new Rugby League 26 video game, which brought up some bad, and funny, memories for the Eels legend.
The pair booted up a match-up between the Bulldogs and Tigers to get a feel for the game, allowing Hindy to play as “one of the greatest rugby league players of all time, Alex Twal”.
But, while picking their teams, Hindy got sidetracked.

“Can I be Bryan, the real s*** Bryan, not the one from the Roosters, the s*** one from Souths that actually didn’t even get dressed,” Hindy said.
“Just stood and clapped in his suit, remember that one?”
To which Fletch replied: “That’s good, I was injured Nathan” before Hindy chirped back, saying: “you weren’t injured, you weren’t selected”.
After their first match, which ended with a Tigers win, Fletch said: “I want another game, I want another crack at the title”.
And of course, he wanted the Eels to face the Storm — a rematch of the infamous 2009 grand final, which Hindmarsh lost 23-16.
“Can’t you just let me be a winner?” Hindy asked.
Melbourne were later stripped of that title due to salary cap breaches, depriving Hindy of a premiership which has become a running joke on the Matty Johns show.
When it came to picking the venue the game will be played at, Fletch couldn’t help but take a jab.
“Play match, CommBank, yep,” Hindy said, before Fletch replied: “No, f*****g grand final. Where did you cry at? Where was the one you cried at? ‘I’m a baby, I just lost’.”
Andrew Voss and Cameron Smith commentate the matches in Rugby League 26, and the pair watched on as the virtual players ran onto the field.
“The Storm might be odds on favourites, but I sense this could be one of those danger games,” Smith said in commentary, prompting a hilarious sledge from Hindy.
“Cameron Smith, you’d put a glass eye to sleep,” he said, slamming the man who captained the side he lost to in the 2009 final.
“If I get chicken-winged or crushered by anyone…”

In game, Fletch was using some dodgy tactics, making offside tackles and giving away a host of six agains.
“I’m just doing what they did against you blokes, cause I’m cheating,” Fletch said.
Luckily this time it was Parramatta who came out on top, with Hindy winning the second game 10-6.
“Well done, congratulations. Do you feel a bit better about yourself? That was fun, thanks Nathan I will see you tomorrow,” Fletch said, leaving the room.
“Yes, I’m the best. Sucked in Melbourne,” Hindy said to himself.
